Bernard O'Connor
Fr. Bernard J. O'Connor, S.T.D. is an official with the Vatican's Congregation for Eastern Churches. He lectures and publishes widely on ecclesiology and international diplomacy. Before taking his post at the Vatican he was Assistant Dean and professor of international relations at Eastern Michigan University.
