Mark Amstutz

Dr. Mark Amstutz is Professor of Political Science at Wheaton College in Wheaton, IL. He grew up in Latin America and has traveled widely as a teacher and scholar. For more than a decade he served as a reserve naval attaché, retiring as a Commander from the U.S. Naval Reserve in 1993. His books include The Healing of Nations: The Promise and Limits of Political Forgiveness (Rowman & Littlefield, 2004) and International Ethics: Concepts, Theories, and Cases in Global Politics (Rowman & Littlefield, 1999).
