Mark Galli is senior managing editor of
Christianity Today. He holds degrees from the University of California, Santa Cruz, and Fuller Theological Seminary. He has been an editor with
Leadership and
Christian History, a contributor to
The Encyclopedia of Protestantism (Routledge, 2004), historical consultant to
The Story of Christianity (Tyndale, 1999) and author of a number of books, including
Francis of Assisi and His World (InterVarsity, 2002),
Jesus Mean and Wild: The Unexpected Love of an Untameable God (Baker, 2006), and
A Great and Terrible Love: A Spiritual Journey into the Attributes of God (Baker, 2009).
