Philip Reiner
Philip J. Reiner is a consultant in the Washington, DC area, with experience in the defense and aerospace industry and the Office of the Secretary of Defense for Policy. He graduated from UC Santa Barbara with a degree in Religious Studies and a minor in History, where he focused on South and East Asia. He received his MA in International Relations from Johns Hopkins SAIS.
