Samah Alrayyes Norquist is the founder of Global Partners, LLC, a consulting company that develops strategies to improve understanding and build partnerships between the American people and the Arab and Muslim world. Previously, she worked extensively on Arab and Muslim outreach for the U.S. Agency for International development (USAID). She is an American of Palestinian descent.
