Todd Johnson
Dr. Todd M. Johnson is Director of the Center for the Study of Global Christianity at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in South Hamilton, MA. He researches the status of Christianity and world religions in every people, language, city, and country, and the Center's statistics have been widely quoted in the media (including ABC, BBC, Associated Press, New York Times, Washington Post, USA Today). He has a Ph.D. in International Development from William Carey International University in Pasadena, CA. He is co-author (with David Barrett and George T. Kurian) of the second edition of the World Christian Encyclopedia (Oxford) and World Christian Trends (William Carey Library). He is editor of the World Christian Database, a web resource. He is an annual contributor of religious demographics to Encyclopaedia Britannica's Book of the Year and International Bulletin of Missionary Research.
