John Tiemstra
Dr. John P. Tiemstra has taught economics at Calvin College since 1975. He received his Bachelor's degree at Oberlin College and his Ph.D. at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. He served on the Reformed Church in America's Earth and Ethics Working Group, whose report was recently commended to the churches by Synod. He is currently President of the Association for Social Economics, a national scholarly society.
