Richard Cohen

Dr. Richard A. Cohen is Professor of Philosophy and Director of the Institute of Jewish Thought and Heritage at the University at Buffalo (SUNY). From 1994-2008, he taught at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. He has published widely on modern and contemporary continental philosophy. His books include Ethics, Exegesis and Philosophy (Cambridge University Press, 2001) and Elevations: The Height of the Good in Rosenzweig and Levinas (University of Chicago Press, 1994).
