Edward Petka
Edward F. Petka served as a Republican member of the Illinois Senate representing the 42nd district from 1993 to 2007, and previously served in the Illinois House of Representatives from 1987 to 1993. In 2006 he was elected to the 12th Judicial Circuit Court of Illinois. He is a graduate of John Marshall Law School and is former president of Illinois State's Attorneys Association. He has also served on the Criminal Justice Committee, National Conference of State Legislatures.
