Eric Andersen

Eric Andersen is Professor of Law and Academic Associate Dean at the University of Iowa College of Law. He previously worked in the law firm of Vinson & Elkins in their Washington, DC and London offices before joining the University of Iowa College of Law faculty. He also served as a law clerk to Judge Clifford Wallace of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and to Justice Lewis F. Powell, Jr., of the U.S. Supreme Court. He is the author of Contractual Good Faith: Formation, Performance, Breach, Enforcement (Little, Brown & Co., 1995). He earned both his B.A. and his J.D. from Brigham Young University, where he was the articles editor of the Law Review.
