Li-ann Thio
Dr. Li-ann Thio is Professor of Law at National University of Singapore and was a Nominated Member of Singapore Parliament (Eleventh Session). She has published widely in the fields of public international law, human rights law, and constitutional and administrative law, with a regional expertise in Asia. She was formerly Chief Editor of the Singapore Journal of International and Comparative Law (2000-2003), and is currently General Editor of the Asian Yearbook of International Law.
