Jessica Smelser
Jessica Smelser was a 2009 fall intern at the Institute for Global Engagement. She is a graduate of Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where she earned two bachelor's degrees in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies, with a minor in International Affairs and Arabic. She studied abroad in Egypt on an Arabic scholarship. Jessica lives in northern Virginia.
