Nico Horn

Dr. Nico Horn is a Professor of Law and Dean of the Faculty of Law at the University of Namibia. He holds a Ph.D. in Theology from the University of the Western Cape, where he was a senior lecturer in the Faculty of Theology before he moved to Namibia. He has written extensively on the political agenda of the southern African Pentecostal movement.
