Stephen Walter

Stephen L. Walter is currently the Chair of Language Development at the Graduate Institute of Applied Linguistics (GIAL) in Dallas, TX. Previously, he served for 11 years as SIL's International Literacy Coordinator and continues as an international consultant in this area. He is also the editor of the SIL Series in Language and Education.
