Michel Martin
Michel Martin is an Emmy Award-winning journalist and correspondent for ABC News and National Public Radio. She has reported for The Washington Post and The Wall Street Journal. Since 2007, she has hosted Tell Me More for National Public Radio, focusing on topics of race, religion, and spirituality. She has been honored by numerous organizations, including the Candace Award for Communications from The National Coalition of 100 Black Women, the Joan Barone Award for Excellence in Washington-based National Affairs/Public Policy Broadcasting from the Radio and Television Correspondents' Association, and the American Bar Association's 2002 Silver Gavel Award. She graduated cum laude from Radcliffe College at Harvard University and has done graduate work at Wesley Theological Seminary in Washington, D.C.
